Wesleyan is a non-profit Life Plan Community with two campuses six miles apart in Northeast Ohio. Our Wesleyan Meadows offers independent living ranch-style homes with attached garages. Our Wesleyan Village offers independent living patio homes with attached garages and apartments, plus assisted living apartments. Both communities are supported by Wesleyan Health and Rehabilitation, which provides a complete continuum of care for our residents.

Sheffield is a village in Lorain County, Ohio and has a population of approximately 4,000 residents. The village was settled by New England families in 1815 as part of the Connecticut Western Reserve and in 1824 was organized as the first township in Lorain County. The Sheffield Village Historical Society promotes the appreciation of the village’s rich heritage by discovering, collecting, preserving, interpreting, and presenting its history.
