EAGLeagle-accredidationE is an acronym for The Educational Assessment Guidelines Leading toward Excellence, or EAGLE Accreditation.  EAGLE is recognized as the only spiritually centered accrediting body and recognizes organizations that exemplify excellence in their faith-based relationship and Christian mission.


The CARF International family of organizations, is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services

Founded in 1985, CCAC accredits aging services continuums, including continuing care retirement communities and other organizations. CCAC was founded by the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA) in Washington, D.C. Through accreditation, CARF assists service providers in improving the quality of their services, demonstrating value, and meeting internationally recognized organizational and program standards. The accreditation process applies sets of standards to service areas and business practices during an on-site survey.

Service providers earning CARF accreditation are recognized for their ongoing innovation and continued conformance to the standards. In addition to demonstrating solid business practices, the continuing advancement of quality on which millions of consumers rely. Accreditation also demonstrates a provider’s commitment to enhance its performance, manage its risk, and distinguish its service delivery.

Leading Age Ohio – The Advocate of Not-For-Profit Services for Older Ohioans Not-for-profit providers of senior services include senior housing, both subsidized and market rate, adult day care, home- and community-based services, assisted living and skilled nursing.
